Now No Need to Cry when Peeled Onions


The chef is now no need to 'cry' when peeling onions. Because a Japanese company says it has created a free onion tears.

Scientists in the House Foods Group claims to have successfully disable substances in garlic that makes us 'cry' when slicing vegetables.

House Foods Group said in a press release that, they bombarded onion with ion irradiation. In the process, drastically reducing the levels of certain enzymes that cause sore eyes when slicing onions.

The Japanese company has not yet decided whether they will mass produce this tear-free onion.

The company's researchers won the Nobel Prize continuing involvement in 2013 for their discovery of the biochemical processes that cause the onions do not make the 'crying' again.
