Who says businessman sleeping soundly? In fact businessmen in China have poor sleep quality, although they are considered to have a break at night which is better than last year.

The average sleep duration Chinese businessman is 6 hours 57 minutes or a little less than the needs of adults who sleep at least 7 hours.

Some 70% of respondents wanted a night's sleep for 7-8 hours, but only 50% were able to get the sleep time.

There is a 73% suffer from sleep disorders, and some even suffer from insomnia and sleep apnea (a sleep disorder with difficulty breathing). A total of 37% reported difficulty sleeping soundly and half admitted often dreaming or awake. There is also a state often feel tired when you wake up.

The survey also noted businessman of traditional industries such as textiles and logistics, sleep better than new industries and services, including IT.

"Employers need to pursue happiness in life, not just wealth. They should be concerned with sleep and physical health," said Editor in Chief of Forbes China Zhou Jian'gong, as quoted by the People's Daily, Saturday, March 21, 2015.

Chinese businessmen pick a strong time management skills, although they are bad for sleep patterns. However, they are always on time. They have a bad sleep because they work under great pressure and often work at night.
